					Step 1
			Preheat your oven to 150°C (300°F).
					Step 2
			Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
					Step 3
			In a bowl, mix together the brown sugar, paprika, black pepper, salt, chili powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.

			Rub the spice mixture evenly over both racks of ribs.
					Step 5
			Wrap each rack of ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.

			Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours.

			Remove the ribs from the oven and carefully open the foil.

			Brush the BBQ sauce generously over both sides of the ribs.

			Increase oven temperature to 200°C (400°F) and return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, for an additional 10 minutes.
