This Chicken and Rice Casserole is a comforting, one-dish meal that's perfect for a family dinner. It combines tender chicken, fluffy rice, and a creamy sauce, all baked to perfection.

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until softened.

In a large bowl, combine the rice, chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sautéed onion and garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.

Pour the rice mixture into a large baking dish. Place the chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture.

Cover the baking dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
Step 6
After 1 hour, remove the foil and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the casserole from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
