Directions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Remove from heat and immediately add flour. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball and pulls away from the sides of the pan.

Let the dough cool for 5 minutes, then add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition until smooth.

Spoon or pipe small mounds of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffed. Let cool completely.

Once cooled, cut the profiteroles in half and fill with vanilla ice cream.
