  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 30 g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, whisk together the almond meal, baking powder, and salt.

In another bowl, beat the eggs and then add the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.

Pour small amounts of batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
