					Step 1
			In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt. Create a well in the center and add the eggs and water. Knead until you have a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.

			In a separate bowl, mix the ground beef, chopped onion, black pepper, and a pinch of salt.

			Roll out the dough on a floured surface until very thin. Cut into small squares, about 4 cm each.
