					Step 1
			Preheat a griddle or large skillet over medium heat.

			Spread mayonnaise on one side of each bread slice.

			Place turkey and cheese slices on four of the bread slices, on the mayonnaise side.

			Top with the remaining bread slices, mayonnaise side down.

			Spread butter on the outside of each sandwich.

			Grill the sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
