					Step 1
			Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
					Step 2
			Add the cubed pork shoulder and brown on all sides.
					Step 3
			Remove the pork and set aside. In the same pot, add the diced onion and cook until translucent.

			Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
					Step 5
			Return the pork to the pot and add the chopped green chilies, tomatillos, chicken broth, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper.

			Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours, until the pork is tender and the flavors are well combined.
