  • 2 carrots
  • 3 green onions
  • 1 head Napa cabbage
  • 0.5 tsp pepper
  • 3 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Directions

Step 1
Thinly slice the Napa cabbage and place it in a large bowl.
Step 2
Peel and julienne the carrots, then add them to the bowl.
Step 3
Chop the green onions and add them to the bowl.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to combine.
Step 6
Sprinkle the sesame seeds over the salad and mix gently.
Step 7
Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
