			Collect dandelion flowers, ensuring they are free of pesticides and other contaminants.

			Place dandelion flowers in a large pot.

			Pour boiling water over the flowers and let steep for 24 hours.

			Strain the liquid into a large pot, discarding the flowers.
					Step 5
			Add sugar, sliced oranges, and sliced lemon to the strained liquid.

			Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.

			Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

			Add wine yeast to the cooled mixture and stir well.

			Pour the mixture into a sterilized fermentation vessel.
