    		Directions

					Step 1
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add warm water and mix until the dough comes together.
					Step 2
On a floured surface, knead the dough until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes.
					Step 3
Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and flatten it into a disk about 1/4 inch thick.
					Step 4
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry each piece of dough until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
					Step 5
In a skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Drain any excess fat.
					Step 6
Add the taco seasoning to the beef mixture according to the package instructions. Stir in the refried beans and cook until heated through.
					Step 7
To assemble the tacos, spread a layer of the beef and bean mixture over each piece of fry bread. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, shredded cheddar cheese, and a dollop of sour cream.
