					Step 1
			Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

			In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the sugar, heavy cream, and honey, stirring continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.

			Remove from heat and stir in the sliced almonds, candied orange peel, and flour until evenly combined.

			Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them well apart as they will spread during baking.

			Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown around the edges. Let them cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

			Once the cookies are completely cooled, dip the bottom of each cookie in the melted dark chocolate and place chocolate-side-up on a parchment-lined sheet to set.

			Allow the chocolate to harden completely before serving or storing in an airtight container.
