					Step 1
			Season steaks with salt and pepper on both sides.

			Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steaks until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove steaks from skillet and set aside.

			In the same skillet, add minced garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

			Stir in crushed tomatoes, oregano, and capers. Bring to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes.
