					Step 1
			In a medium saucepan, heat 480 ml (2 cups) of tomato juice until it is almost boiling.

			In a separate bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over 60 ml (1/4 cup) of cold water and let it soften for about 5 minutes.

			Once the tomato juice is hot, add the softened gelatin and stir until completely dissolved.

			Add the remaining 480 ml (2 cups) of tomato juice, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and hot sauce. Stir to combine.

			Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dish and refrigerate until firm, at least 4 hours or overnight.
