- 240 ml BBQ sauce
- 120 ml bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 5 ml garlic powder
- 500 g ground beef
- 60 ml milk
- 1 onion
- 2.5 ml pepper
- 5 ml salt

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until they are cooked through and browned on the outside.
