					Step 1
			Wash and roughly chop the cilantro and parsley.

			Peel the garlic cloves.
					Step 3
			Remove the stems from the green chili peppers.

			In a food processor, combine the cilantro, parsley, garlic, and chili peppers.

			Add the ground cumin, ground cardamom, ground coriander, and salt to the food processor.
					Step 6
			Blend until the mixture is finely chopped.
					Step 7
			Add the lemon juice and olive oil to the mixture.
					Step 8
			Blend again until the sauce is smooth and well combined.
					Step 9
			Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
