Sincronizadas are a quick and easy Mexican dish made with tortillas, cheese, and ham. They are similar to quesadillas but typically use flour tortillas and are often served with salsa.
	
    
    	
    		Directions
    	
					Step 1
			Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
					Step 2
			Place one tortilla in the skillet and layer with ham and cheese.
					Step 3
			Top with another tortilla and cook until the bottom tortilla is golden brown and the cheese starts to melt.
					Step 4
			Flip the sincronizada and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
					Step 5
			Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining ingredients.
					Step 6
			Cut into wedges and serve with salsa on the side.
