					Step 1
			Blanch the pork bones and chicken carcass in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain and rinse the bones to remove impurities.

			In a large pot, add the blanched bones, chicken carcass, ginger, garlic, and spring onions.

			Add the water to the pot and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to a simmer.
