					Step 1
			Wash the green beans thoroughly and trim the ends.
					Step 2
			In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add a pinch of salt.

			Add the green beans to the boiling water and cook for 3-4 minutes until tender but still crisp.

			Drain the green beans and immediately transfer them to a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking process. Drain again and set aside.

			In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

			Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
