These Resurrection Rolls are a fun and meaningful Easter recipe. Marshmallows are wrapped in dough and baked to represent the empty tomb of Jesus on Easter morning. They're easy to make and a delicious treat for the whole family.

Ingredients

  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 5 g ground cinnamon
  • 8 large marshmallows
  • 60 ml melted butter
  • 50 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
Step 2
Separate the crescent roll dough into triangles.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix the sugar and ground cinnamon.
Step 4
Dip each marshmallow into the melted butter, then roll it in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
Step 5
Place each coated marshmallow on a triangle of dough and carefully wrap it, pinching the seams to seal completely.
Step 6
Place the wrapped marshmallows on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
Step 8
Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
