					Step 1
			Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

			Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.

			Add the chicken livers, salt, and pepper, cooking until the livers are no longer pink.

			Pour in the brandy and cook until mostly evaporated.

			Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
