			Soak the salted cod in water for 24-48 hours, changing the water several times to remove excess salt.

			Boil the cod in milk for about 10 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.

			In a large pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the onions and garlic until soft and golden.

			Add the sliced potatoes to the pan and cook until they begin to soften.

			Add the boiled cod to the pan and mix gently with the onions and potatoes.
