  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 3 tbsp chives
  • 225 g cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Step 2
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, minced garlic, chopped chives, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Step 3
Cut a pocket into each chicken breast by slicing it horizontally, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Step 4
Stuff each chicken breast with the cream cheese mixture, then secure with toothpicks if necessary.
Step 5
Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
Step 6
Sear the stuffed chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Step 7
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Step 8
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
