			In a bowl, mix flour, 5g salt, and sugar. Add butter and mix until crumbly.

			Gradually add warm water and knead until a smooth dough forms. Cover and let rest for 30 minutes.

			In a pan, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned.

			Add onion, green peas, and potatoes to the beef. Cook until vegetables are tender.

			Season with cumin, paprika, 5g salt, and black pepper. Mix well and let cool.

			Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each into a circle.

			Place a spoonful of filling, some chopped eggs, and raisins on each dough circle.

			Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges. Crimp to ensure they are well-sealed.

			Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Place salteñas on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
