Ingredients

  • 1 bell pepper
  • 150 g cooked beef
  • 3 tbsp gochujang sauce
  • 2 green onions
  • 100 g kimchi
  • 200 g mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 pizza dough
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
Step 2
Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
Step 3
Spread the gochujang sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
Step 4
Sprinkle a generous amount of mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Step 5
Evenly distribute the cooked beef, red onion, bell pepper, and kimchi on top of the cheese.
Step 6
Drizzle olive oil over the toppings.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
Step 8
Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
