  • 60 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 120 grams flour
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 ripe persimmons
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 150 grams sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Grease a baking dish with butter.

In a bowl, combine the persimmon puree and baking soda. Set aside.
