  • 120 g celery
  • 2 g celery seed
  • 450 g elbow macaroni
  • 3 hard-boiled eggs
  • 240 ml mayonnaise
  • 60 g onion
  • 1 g pepper
  • 120 g red bell pepper
  • 5 g salt
  • 50 g sugar
  • 30 ml vinegar
  • 30 ml yellow mustard

Directions

Step 1
Cook the macaroni according to the package directions until tender. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Step 2
In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, mustard, vinegar, celery seed, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
Step 3
Add the cooked macaroni, celery, red bell pepper, carrot, onion, and chopped hard-boiled eggs to the bowl. Mix well to coat all ingredients with the dressing.
