Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 200 g cheddar cheese
  • 120 g cream cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 15 g mustard
  • 1 onion
  • 50 g pickles
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 60 g tomato paste

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.

Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet and cook until the onion is translucent.

Stir in the cream cheese, tomato paste, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the cream cheese is fully melted and all ingredients are well combined.

Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped pickles before serving.
