  • 400 grams corned beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 500 grams potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the chopped onions and cook until they are translucent, about 5 minutes.
