  • 115 g butter
  • 400 g fettuccine
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 240 ml heavy cream
  • 100 g parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 0.5 tsp salt

Directions

Step 1
Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions until al dente.
Step 2
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
