  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 500 grams mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Clean and slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Step 3
Add the mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
Step 4
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (390°F).
Step 5
Place the mushrooms in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Step 6
Cook for 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Step 7
Remove the mushrooms from the air fryer and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
