Ingredients

  • 120 grams cheddar cheese
  • 150 grams corn
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 150 grams green beans
  • 450 grams ground beef
  • 750 grams mashed potatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 240 ml tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Step 3
Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until the onion is translucent.
Step 4
Stir in the tomato sauce, corn, green beans, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Transfer the beef mixture to a baking dish. Spread the mashed potatoes evenly over the top of the beef mixture.
Step 6
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the mashed potatoes.
Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 8
Remove from oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
