Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, vegetable oil, and salt. Heat over medium heat until it just comes to a boil.

Remove from heat and add the tapioca flour, stirring until well combined. The mixture will be sticky and gelatinous.

Let the mixture cool slightly, then add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Stir in the grated Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses until the dough is smooth and well combined.
