A delicious meatloaf wrapped in crispy bacon and filled with gooey cheese. Perfect for family dinners or special occasions.

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).

In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, onion, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.

On a piece of parchment paper, lay out the bacon slices side by side, slightly overlapping.
Step 4
Place the meat mixture on top of the bacon and shape it into a loaf. Make a groove in the center and fill it with shredded cheddar cheese.

Carefully roll the meatloaf, wrapping the bacon around it. Ensure the seam side is down.
Step 6
Transfer the meatloaf to a baking dish. In a small bowl, mix the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, then spread it over the top of the meatloaf.

Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).

Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
