  • 2 g black pepper
  • 5 g chili powder
  • 15 g cilantro
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 5 g cumin
  • 900 g flank steak
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 60 ml lime juice
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 60 ml orange juice
  • 5 g salt

Directions

Step 1
In a large bowl, combine lime juice, orange juice, olive oil, minced garlic, ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Step 2
Place flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over the steak. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
Step 3
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade and discard the marinade.
Step 4
Grill the steak for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired level of doneness.
Step 5
Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice the steak against the grain into thin strips.
Step 6
Warm the corn tortillas on the grill or in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 7
Assemble the tacos by placing a few strips of steak in each tortilla. Top with chopped cilantro and onion. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
