  • 1 bell pepper
  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 50 g fresh ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onions
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 60 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add the garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the chicken slices and cook until they are no longer pink.
Step 4
Add the onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Step 5
Mix in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Stir well to combine.
Step 6
Add the water and bring to a simmer. Cook for another 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
Step 7
Stir in the green onions and cook for an additional minute.
Step 8
Serve hot with steamed rice.
