    		Directions

					Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
					Step 2
In a saucepan, melt 200 grams of sugar over medium heat until it turns golden brown and caramelizes.
					Step 3
Carefully add 60 ml of water to the caramelized sugar and stir until smooth. Pour the caramel into a flan mold or round baking dish, coating the bottom evenly.
					Step 4
In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
					Step 5
Pour the blended mixture into the caramel-coated mold.
					Step 6
Place the mold in a larger baking pan and fill the pan with hot water until it reaches halfway up the sides of the mold.
					Step 7
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the flan is set and a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
					Step 8
Remove the flan from the water bath and let it cool to room temperature. Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
					Step 9
To serve, run a knife around the edges of the mold to loosen the flan. Invert it onto a serving plate and let the caramel drizzle over the top.
