  • 5 g baking soda
  • 110 g butter
  • 3 g cinnamon
  • 1 g cloves
  • 1 egg
  • 250 g flour
  • 1 g nutmeg
  • 240 ml persimmon pulp
  • 120 g raisins
  • 3 g salt
  • 200 g sugar
  • 120 g walnuts

Directions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth.
Step 3
Beat in the egg and persimmon pulp.
Step 4
In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, cloves, and nutmeg.
Step 5
Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the persimmon mixture until just blended.
Step 6
Fold in the raisins and walnuts.
Step 7
Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Step 8
Bake for 12-15 minutes in the preheated oven, until edges are golden.
Step 9
Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
