  • 300 g cranberries
  • 450 g crushed pineapple
  • 150 g mini marshmallows
  • 200 g sugar
  • 250 ml whipped cream

Directions

Step 1
Chop the cranberries in a food processor until finely chopped.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the chopped cranberries and sugar. Mix well, then cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Step 3
After 1 hour, drain any excess liquid from the cranberry mixture.
Step 4
Add the crushed pineapple and mini marshmallows to the cranberry mixture. Stir to combine.
Step 5
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Step 6
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cranberry mixture until well combined.
Step 7
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
