  • 250 g blueberries
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 120 g butter
  • 5 g cinnamon
  • 15 g cornstarch
  • 120 g flour
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 500 g strawberries
  • 100 g sugar

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, granulated sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice. Mix well and set aside.
Step 3
In another bowl, mix together the rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, and ground cinnamon.

Add the cold, cubed butter to the oat mixture and use your hands or a pastry cutter to combine until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Pour the berry mixture into a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Step 6
Sprinkle the oat mixture evenly over the berries.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the berries are bubbling.
