  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 3 cups cornflakes
  • 2 eggs
  • 0.5 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

In a shallow dish, combine the crushed cornflakes, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.

In another shallow dish, place the flour.

In a third shallow dish, whisk together the eggs and milk.

Dip each chicken breast in the flour, shaking off any excess. Then dip in the egg mixture, allowing any excess to drip off. Finally, coat the chicken in the cornflake mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
