  • 400 grams diced tomatoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 450 grams ground turkey
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 60 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 300 grams pasta
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 240 milliliters tomato sauce

Directions

Step 1
Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the ground turkey and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.

Stir in the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until the onion is translucent.
Step 4
Add the diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chicken broth, pasta, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Step 5
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer, covered, for about 15-20 minutes, or until the pasta is cooked through.
Step 6
Stir occasionally to prevent the pasta from sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Once the pasta is cooked, remove the pot from the heat and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
