  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 2 lemon zest
  • 60 ml olive oil
  • 30 g parsley
  • 450 g pasta
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 450 g shrimp

Directions

Step 1
Cook the pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Step 3
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
Step 4
Stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another minute.
Step 5
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss everything together until well combined.
Step 6
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
