Ingredients

  • 4 fresh peaches
  • 15 ml lemon juice
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 250 g raspberries
  • 200 g sugar
  • 5 ml vanilla extract
  • 500 ml vanilla ice cream
  • 475 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Bring water and sugar to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add peaches and reduce heat. Simmer until peaches are tender, about 5-10 minutes.
Step 3
Remove peaches from syrup and let cool. Peel and slice them.
Step 4
Combine raspberries, lemon juice, and powdered sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 5
Strain the raspberry mixture through a fine sieve to remove seeds.
Step 6
Serve peaches over vanilla ice cream and drizzle with raspberry sauce.
