			Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9-inch tart pan.

			In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, ground hazelnuts, granulated sugar, lemon zest, ground cinnamon, ground cloves, and baking powder.

			Add the softened butter and egg yolks to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.

			Divide the dough into two portions, one slightly larger than the other. Wrap the smaller portion in plastic wrap and refrigerate.

			Press the larger portion of the dough into the bottom and up the sides of the prepared tart pan.

			Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the crust.

			Roll out the refrigerated dough and cut it into strips. Arrange the strips in a lattice pattern over the jam.
