  • 100 g celery
  • 200 g cranberry sauce
  • 150 g crushed pineapple
  • 170 g gelatin
  • 100 g pecans
  • 500 ml water

Directions

Step 1
Dissolve the raspberry Jell-O in 2 cups of boiling water.
Step 2
Stir in the cranberry sauce until well combined.
Step 3
Add the crushed pineapple, including the juice, and mix well.
Step 4
Fold in the chopped celery and pecans.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into a mold or serving dish and refrigerate until set, about 4 hours or overnight.
